JavaScript Developer – Full Stack (Hybrid Remote)

About the role

Avellio is recruiting on behalf of a large retailer in the manufacturing sector for a full‑stack JavaScript Developer. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, working on a variety of projects ranging from website updates to VR headset and measurement software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js and Docker.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple projects.
• Participate in two‑week Scrum sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality code.
• Contribute to new website enhancements, VR applications, and measurement tools.
• Use CAD tools where required and support integration with existing systems.

Required profile

• Passion for software engineering and a solid understanding of object‑oriented programming.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Experience working collaboratively across different business areas.
• Familiarity with Jira and Scrum processes.
• Exposure to CAD is a plus.
