Junior Account Executive – Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Account Executive to join our growing commercial and education client teams. You will help drive business growth by managing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing renewals and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using warm leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software.

Required profile

• Educated to degree level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
