Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our commercial team in Cambridgeshire. The role will focus on managing existing customer accounts and developing relationships, offering a clear pathway towards a proactive sales position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Support the wider sales team on customer activities and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with four experienced Account Managers and shadow the external sales team to build market, product and customer knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and improve service delivery.
• Participate in structured training and development programmes.

Required profile

• Approximately two years’ experience in commercial, sales or account management, or a strong graduate with the right attitude.
• Commercially driven with a genuine interest in a long‑term sales career.
• Confident in building relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and motivated by progression.
