About the role
The Junior Admin Assistant will support the day‑to‑day operations of a Glasgow‑based business on a part‑time, hybrid basis. Working closely with senior administrators, you will handle routine office tasks, maintain records and ensure smooth communication both remotely and on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately perform data entry and file documents both digitally and in paper format.
- Assist senior administrators with everyday office duties and coordination.
- Manage basic email correspondence and direct enquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain organised records and support the preparation of letters, reports and other routine documents.
- Contribute to general office coordination on in‑office days, following agreed administrative processes.
Required profile
- Previous exposure to office or administrative work (placements, internships or work experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach.
- Ability to attend the Glasgow office on hybrid days and a stable home internet connection for remote work.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
