Junior Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Advisor to join our Manchester‑based client on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for warm leads, guiding prospective clients through the onboarding journey and setting up qualified appointments for senior advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Action and prioritise warm leads generated via internal marketing, referrals and digital channels.
• Speak with prospective clients daily, assess their needs and determine suitability.
• Convert inbound enquiries into qualified appointments and manage the lead pipeline.
• Prepare and dispatch Letters of Authority accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance when handling client data.
• Log all interactions and documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to ensure smooth handovers and provide insights on lead quality.

Required profile

• Confident, professional communicator, especially over the phone.
• Experience in customer service, lead conversion or outbound calling is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
• Attention to detail, particularly when preparing and tracking LOAs.
• Resilient, target‑driven and able to work independently.
