Junior Billing Administrator – Commercial Finance (Invoicing)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Billing Administrator to join our fast‑paced external Contractor Finance team at our Global Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne. Reporting to the Billing Team Leader, you will act as the primary billing interface between customers, internal Contract Operations and the Sales department, ensuring billing processes meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with sales and customers during onboarding to capture billing requirements and set up appropriate billing arrangements.
• Maintain accurate timesheet and expense data in our CRM/ERP system, validating entries from internal and external sources.
• Generate daily client invoices and update client portals.
• Monitor the timesheet portal, resolve invoice discrepancies, and process credit/rebill requests.
• Support contractor onboarding and off‑boarding to ensure compliance with billing procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Customer‑service focus with the ability to manage multiple queries efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external clients.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/ERP data entry and invoice generation.
• Familiarity with timesheet portals and expense reporting.
