About the role

This entry‑level position offers a solid foothold in specialist insurance broking. You will work in a hybrid model, splitting time between the Cheltenham office and remote work, supporting clients throughout the quoting and policy issuance process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a high‑volume quote log.
• Prepare and issue quotes and related policy documentation.
• Handle incoming client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support clients through the process of securing appropriate cover.
• Build sector knowledge to address technical queries confidently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient service.
