Junior Building Surveyor – Ascot (Office & Site Based)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Building Surveyor to join a well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Ascot, working across the South East. You will receive full APC support, mentorship and a clear progression path while working on a diverse portfolio of education, healthcare, commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and eventually lead a variety of building surveying projects.
• Produce specifications, reports and contract administration documentation.
• Attend site visits, progress meetings and inspections.
• Issue contract instructions and assist in project delivery.
• Work across education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors.
• Collaborate between office and site locations throughout the South East.

Required profile

• Practical experience in building surveying or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction details and building methods.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to develop professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
