Junior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join the buying team at the head office in Dorking. Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will be responsible for sourcing products across multiple channels, negotiating with suppliers and keeping a close eye on market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Source and select products for assigned categories across all sales channels.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
• Attend trade shows to identify emerging trends and new product opportunities.
• Manage the Buying Administrator and oversee the dropship range.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Junior Buyer, Assistant Buyer or Buying Administrator.
• Solid understanding of core buying processes.
• Good commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
