Junior Copywriter – Fixed-Term

About the role

ASOS is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join its Copy team on a fixed‑term basis. Reporting to a Senior Copywriter, you will help create product‑listing copy for thousands of items across the site, using both manual processes and AI‑generated prompts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce product detail page (PDP) copy for manual and AI‑driven workflows.
• Write detailed bullet points and longer‑form product descriptions in the CMS.
• Apply the brand’s house style with an informal yet technical tone.
• Contribute to creative projects such as brand descriptions and category headers.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs, coordinating with Studios teams to hit launch dates.
• Prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment and maintain high accuracy.
• Support new starters and freelancers with copy guidelines.
• Participate in regular 1‑2‑1s and cover Midweight duties when required.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Commercial, brand and technical garment awareness.
• Proactive attitude, good organisational skills and willingness to ask for help.
• Positive, dynamic response to change and problem‑solving mindset.
