Junior Digital Marketing Manager (Remote – Greater London)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that provides a Data Lifecycle Management and Observability platform. The role is fully remote but based in the Greater London area, and it focuses on driving online growth through strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and continuous optimisation across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Execute SEO, PPC, social, email, and content campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse data, and optimise for ROI.
• Oversee keyword strategy, content planning, on‑page SEO and schema markup.
• Manage social media calendars, community engagement and growth.
• Maintain website updates, conversion rate optimisation and user‑journey improvements.
• Allocate and monitor digital marketing spend.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven record of organic growth in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including crawl optimisation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup and log‑file analysis.
• Ability to work in a group/holding company structure and influence without direct authority.
• Data‑driven mindset, capable of linking organic performance to pipeline and revenue.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalents.
• Experience using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Working knowledge of AEO and GEO frameworks for AI‑powered search.
• Hands‑on experience with Lovable (AI website builder).
• WordPress expertise: theme management, plugin ecosystem and performance optimisation.
