Junior Finance Assistant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global sport brand as a Junior Finance Assistant. You will support day‑to‑day financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in both accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the AP mailbox, post invoices, chase purchase orders and set up new suppliers.
• Prepare and reconcile data for subsidiaries, including bank statements, VAT and intercompany transactions.
• Support the AR team by generating quotes, issuing invoices, processing credit‑card payments and maintaining tracking systems such as Smartsheet.
• Execute regular payment runs, urgent payments, expense reimbursements and per‑diem allocations.
• Assist with cross‑border financial tasks, tax reconciliations and data collation for regions including the UK, Saudi Arabia and Brazil.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented with a strong interest in finance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong numerical accuracy and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Smartsheet for tracking financial data.
