Junior Fullstack Engineer – Integrations (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Engineer to own and develop integrations between our AI‑driven career‑matching platform and external HR, recruitment and payroll systems. Working alongside a fractional CTO and seasoned engineering partners, you will gain hands‑on experience with real‑world API challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integrations with third‑party platforms.
• Work with APIs, webhooks and external systems to ensure reliable data flow.
• Troubleshoot technical problems that are not always documented.
• Support the development of new platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product stakeholders.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Exposure to Node.js and/or React.
• Experience consuming APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a curiosity‑driven learning attitude.
