Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the development of packaging and digital assets for our fragrance‑led bath, body, wellness and lifestyle collections. You will work on a variety of projects for both B2B and B2C audiences in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging artwork for multiple brands.
• Create digital content and presentations for retailers, social media and other platforms.
• Develop Amazon A+ content, including high‑quality images and product copy.
• Produce infographics that communicate product benefits and brand stories.
• Generate website visuals such as homepage assets, banners and UI elements.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork for brochures, posters and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Contribute ideas in creative brainstorms and support the wider design team with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Design‑related qualification (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication) or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and packaging design work.
• At least two years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, colour and detail, with ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Organised, able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines, and respond positively to feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across Digital, Marketing, NPD and Sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects (advantageous).
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (advantageous).
