Junior Health and Safety Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate or early‑career professional to join our manufacturing site as a Junior Health and Safety Advisor. Working full‑time on‑site, you will support the SHEQ team and receive structured training towards professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the SHEQ team in maintaining compliance with ISO standards and ISO 45001.
• Carry out site inspections, internal audits and risk assessments.
• Support the development and updating of health, safety, environmental and quality policies.
• Participate in audit preparation and follow‑up actions.
• Help monitor and improve environmental and quality management systems.

Required profile

• Graduate in Quality, EHS, Business Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of SHEQ principles and UK health and safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and other ISO management standards.
• Familiarity with UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections.
