Junior Integrated Producer – London

About the role

As a Junior Integrated Producer you will join Oliver’s production team in London, reporting to the Senior Producer. From day one you will take ownership of shoots up to £50 K and support larger, multi‑disciplinary productions across print, digital, film and post.

Key responsibilities

• Independently produce shoots up to £50 K, managing timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables from pre‑production through to wrap.
• Support senior and executive producers on larger, complex productions, taking line‑producing duties as required.
• Draft, coordinate and communicate project schedules, deadlines and budgets to internal teams, external partners and clients.
• Produce, distribute and archive all production paperwork, including call sheets, talent and location contracts, insurance declarations and production overviews.
• Arrange international and local travel logistics for creative teams, talent and production partners.
• Ensure health‑and‑safety, legal and AdGreen compliance is clearly communicated and managed.
• Collaborate with project management to align deliverables with creative vision, budget and timeline.
• Provide administrative support such as managing the team email address, production system, timesheet reporting and practical office logistics.

Required profile

• Some experience in a production environment – agency, production company or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for paperwork, contracts and compliance requirements.
