Junior Legal Counsel – Remote (UK)

About the role

Join a leading international services organisation as a Junior Legal Counsel, working fully remotely from anywhere in England. You will provide practical, commercially‑focused legal support across a broad range of business activities, helping to manage contractual risk while enabling growth in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Advise internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day legal and compliance matters.
• Support commercial bids and tenders.
• Assist with data privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance and employment law issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies and procedures.
• Provide pragmatic guidance across international operations.
• Conduct legal research and support wider legal projects as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 0–2 years PQE.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team.
• Commercially aware with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Confident relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous in‑house experience is beneficial but not essential.
