About the role
A highly regarded City‑based professional services firm is looking for a Junior Legal PA to join its commercial team. This role is ideal for a Legal Secretary, Team Assistant or Junior PA seeking to progress within a corporate legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries and inboxes for partners and fee earners.
- Coordinate meetings and arrange travel.
- Prepare billing documentation and client administration.
- Provide general team support and ensure smooth office operations.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Proactive, confident and capable of working independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
