Junior Merchandiser – London

About the role

The Junior Merchandiser will join Theory’s London Head Office and support the Merchandising and Planning team. Reporting to the Head of Merchandising and Planning, the role focuses on allocations, reporting and sales analysis for the direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) business across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Review store‑level replenishment needs twice weekly, analysing sales, stock and cover to optimise sales while respecting inventory limits.
• Maintain and update the allocation plan for new seasonal launches, adjusting IAQs per store based on historic performance.
• Generate pre‑season initial orders for stores and input them into the allocation system.
• Conduct weekly store visits to gather feedback and understand replenishment requirements.
• Collaborate closely with DTC and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Produce weekly trade reports for DTC meetings and perform monthly sales reviews to track profitability at total, store and e‑commerce levels.
