Junior Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our fast‑moving team at the heart of photography and film productions. You will work from the first planning call through to final delivery, supporting shoots in some of the world’s most beautiful hotel and travel destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior producers in driving photography and film projects from pre‑production to completion.
• Manage pre‑production logistics such as schedules, itineraries, shoot documents and timelines.
• Track post‑production progress, coordinate client feedback and ensure final assets are delivered on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, talent and internal teams.
• Travel to international shoots and help productions run smoothly on location.
• Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges before and during shoots.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping all details organized.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
• Hybrid working from our London office (minimum two days onsite).
