Junior Product Coordinator

About the role

Join Bihr as a Junior Product Coordinator on a 12‑month apprenticeship, supporting the Rider Gear portfolio and gaining hands‑on experience in data, systems, content and commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Rider Gear product master data, ensuring accuracy in SAP S4 and Microsoft NAV.
• Support new product introductions, range changes, discontinuations and end‑of‑life processes.
• Gather specifications, imagery and digital assets from suppliers and internal teams to keep web content current.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of internal and customer‑facing sales tools.
• Help maintain pricing and commercial data under guidance of Product and Brand Managers.
• Perform routine reporting, data preparation and product analysis.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Good attention to detail, organisational skills and a methodical approach.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage priorities, follow processes and work independently once trained.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general Office suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP S4 or Microsoft NAV (beneficial but not required).
