Product Coordinator Apprentice

About the role

Launch your career in product coordination, supporting leading rider‑gear brands while building valuable skills in data, systems, content and commercial operations. This 12‑month apprenticeship provides practical experience within a commercial product team.

Key responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance and accuracy of Rider Gear product data, including master‑data templates.
• Maintain product information in SAP S4 and Microsoft NAV.
• Assist with new product launches, range changes, discontinuations and end‑of‑life administration.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain specifications, imagery and ensure digital assets and web content are complete and accurate.
• Help set up and maintain internal and customer‑facing sales tools.
• Support pricing and commercial data maintenance under direction of Product and Brand Managers.
• Follow up missing information, identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections.
• Provide product information and coordination support to Sales and the wider Rider Gear team.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and a methodical approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, follow processes and work independently once trained.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working as part of a wider team.
