Junior Product Designer – Climate Tech (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing climate‑tech scale‑up seeking a bright, ambitious Product Designer to help shape the next generation of sustainability‑focused products. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career designers who want to work directly with customers, influence product decisions and grow alongside experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences and polished interfaces using Figma.
• Conduct user interviews and research sessions to uncover customer needs.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, interactive prototypes and production‑ready designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Contribute to building solutions that address complex, real‑world sustainability challenges.

Required profile

• Graduates to 3 + years of experience in product, UX or UI design.
• Strong academic background, preferably from a leading university.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with users and stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, curious and comfortable with the fast pace of a scaling startup.
• Experience designing B2B or enterprise software is a plus.
