Junior Project Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our London team within an international renewable energy developer and EPC contractor. You will work on utility‑scale solar, solar‑plus‑storage and hybrid projects across Europe, Africa and the Americas, gaining exposure to senior decision‑makers from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers and contractors to uphold H&S and quality standards.
• Manage project finances, approve invoices and track budgets.
• Drive EPC activities – design, procurement and construction – and chair regular team meetings.
• Communicate project needs and goals to multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee contractual obligations, timelines and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of best‑practice methods, valuation processes and internal tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or PMI‑ACP is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience delivering grid‑connected solar and energy‑storage projects during construction.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely within a collaborative environment.
