Junior Project Manager - Residential Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of residential architecture projects for a well‑established design‑and‑build firm in London. Working closely with Directors and senior Project Managers, you will help ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating residential construction and architectural projects.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress using Smartsheet.
• Order materials, samples and supplies, and liaise with architects, contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Keep project documentation up to date and organise meetings, site visits and timelines.
• Support the preparation of purchase orders, quotations and invoices.
• Provide general office and administrative assistance to the wider team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an architectural practice, design‑and‑build company or construction environment.
• Understanding of residential construction projects and architectural drawings.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers and contractors.

Required skills

• Smartsheet (or similar project‑management software).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Outlook.
