Junior Sales Executive - uncapped commission

About the role

Grundon is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join its waste‑management team in Colnbrook. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, building relationships with new and existing customers and delivering tailored, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling and site visits.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Record all enquiries and activities in the CRM system and follow up promptly.
• Drive sales growth by upselling and promoting value‑added services.
• Perform regular courtesy visits to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues quickly.
• Submit monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager and comply with health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual ready to start a sales career.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
