Junior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join the Meetup team, part of Bending Spoons, to shape high‑leverage product experiences for millions of users. As a Junior UX/UI Designer you will create intuitive, effective, and delightful interfaces from early concepts through to polished delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design exceptional UI and UX, using the best tools to explore directions and raise quality.
• Leverage AI tools (LLM, Cursor, Claude Code) to clarify intent, draft specs, prototype, and generate production‑ready front‑end code.
• Co‑create with product managers and engineers, defining UX requirements early and staying involved through QA and release.
• Validate designs by talking directly with customers, running quick tests, and tracking funnels, retention, and adoption.

Required profile

• Talented, driven, and collaborative individual eager to learn and make an impact.
• Junior‑level designer with a passion for user‑centered design.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX design.
• AI prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Basic understanding of front‑end concepts to bridge design and code.
