About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Workshop Technician to join a market‑leading technical equipment manufacturer in Falmouth. The role offers specialist internal training and a clear progression path into technical expertise, while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. You will work Monday‑Friday in a modern workshop environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and repair of technical equipment
- Build and test a variety of technical devices
- Support day‑to‑day workshop operations
Required profile
- Strong motivation to develop practical STEM skills
- Background in any STEM discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Physics or Maths
