Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Join a skilled manufacturing team in the medical device industry, producing capital equipment for IVF applications. The role offers training, personal development and clear career progression within CooperSurgical. You will work on a full product line of capital fertility equipment, following strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately complete production and assembly tasks for IVF capital equipment.
• Follow approved Production Orders, routings and Work Instructions.
• Maintain high quality standards in a regulated environment.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects and escalate issues promptly.
• Complete all production documentation on time.
• Manage workload to meet production schedules and delivery targets.
• Support training and onboarding of colleagues on processes and product lines.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–18 months manufacturing experience or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Secondary school education or equivalent.

Required skills

• Technical assembly experience (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy.
