Junior/Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior to Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer to join our experienced engineering team. The role involves building secure, reliable software for complex public‑sector environments, with opportunities to work on both back‑end and front‑end components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java or Kotlin services using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Contribute to front‑end features with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit, integration and functional testing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, design, DevOps and other engineers using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support database work with relational and NoSQL systems and ensure security, performance and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of software development experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work in an agile team, communicate clearly and take ownership of tasks.
