Key Account Executive – Beauty

About the role

Dyson is seeking a commercially sharp, data‑driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with premium beauty retailers across the UK. You will work closely with the Senior KAM to ensure Dyson’s portfolio is represented "Best in Class" in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior KAM in delivering profitable growth across the beauty channel.
• Own forecasting, planning and performance tracking against commercial targets.
• Identify and unlock new opportunities across range, category and retail activation.
• Build and execute joint business plans using data and insight.
• Serve as the trusted day‑to‑day contact for retailer buyers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Influence retailer decision‑making through data, proposition strength and commercial logic.
• Lead promotional planning and execution with senior support.
• Drive availability, visibility and conversion through rigorous performance management.
• Optimize product performance on retailer digital channels with the Retail Activation team.
• Execute launches and key trading moments with precision.
• Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience managing retail or national accounts, preferably in a premium or technology‑led brand.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to influence P&L performance.
• Confidence working with data to inform decisions and challenge thinking.
• Proven ability to build credible, lasting customer relationships.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership mindset.
• Team player with a "can‑do" growth mindset.
