Key Account Manager – Global Athleisure Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to own and grow our key wholesale relationships across global markets. You will work closely with senior leadership, founders and product teams to shape strategy, unlock growth and deliver commercial impact for a high‑growth athleisure brand expanding across the UK, Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand key wholesale accounts in multiple territories.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise existing partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with founders and product teams on seasonal sales initiatives.
• Drive revenue through immediate wins and long‑term growth plans.
• Analyse sell‑through, margins, stock levels, lead‑times, freight and delivery performance.
• Present seasonal ranges to buyers with commercial insight.
• Build win‑win partnerships with global retailers, e‑commerce players and independent stores.
• Align marketing, POS and digital activations to boost brand visibility and sell‑through.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends and translate data into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Passionate about athleisure, fitness and fashion trends.
• Commercially sharp with strong understanding of wholesale performance drivers.
• Proven relationship‑builder capable of creating strategic partnerships.
• High‑energy, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in branded buying, account management or wholesale/key accounts.
