Key Account Manager – HVAC

About the role

We are recruiting a Key Account Manager for a leading specialist supplier in the HVAC market. The role involves inheriting an established customer base and expanding existing accounts across HVAC, air‑conditioning, heat pumps and renewable heating solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of established customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend and broaden product penetration.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, installers and trade customers.
• Provide commercially‑focused product guidance and technical advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Drive revenue, margin and long‑term customer retention.

Required profile

• Sales or account‑management experience within HVAC, heating, air‑conditioning or renewables.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts.
• Strong commercial and relationship‑building skills.
• Confidence discussing technical products and solutions.
• Proactive, organised and customer‑focused approach.
