Key Account Manager – Premium Hospitality (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow our premium hospitality portfolio in London and across Europe. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape long‑term commercial strategies for one of the world’s most respected tea brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of high‑end hospitality accounts, including iconic hotels and luxury restaurants.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans that deliver sustainable revenue.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
• Build strong relationships with senior hospitality stakeholders and key decision‑makers.
• Deliver engaging product training to turn customers into brand advocates.
• Maintain visibility and presentation of the brand across all customer touchpoints.
• Track opportunities and pipeline using a CRM system.
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
• Collaborate internally to implement successful account plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within premium hospitality or luxury food & beverage.
• Deep understanding of how high‑end hospitality businesses operate and make purchasing decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure new listings.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on long‑term growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
