Key Account Manager – Retail (London)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our retail grocery partnerships in London. You will own the relationship with major grocery retailers, shaping commercial strategies that drive growth for a fast‑growing brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key grocery retailers.
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities to increase market share.
- Drive revenue growth by managing forecasts and aligning supply‑chain, marketing and finance activities.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with senior retail buyers.
- Analyse sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in an FMCG environment, selling into major retail grocery channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large retail accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting sales data.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
