About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a range of primary schools in Luton to source enthusiastic Key Stage 1 teachers for September start. The positions are available on a daily‑supply, short‑term or long‑term basis, giving you the flexibility to choose the type of assignment that best fits your career plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Foster confidence and a love of learning in young children.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
• Collaborate with supportive school teams and contribute to a positive school culture.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
