Lecturer in Fashion Management & Marketing

About the role

The London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Fashion Management & Marketing to join its growing Creative School in London. You will teach across Levels 4-6 and help students develop expertise in fashion marketing, branding, retail and business, contributing to curriculum development, student support, assessment and employability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching on fashion marketing and communications, consumer behaviour, fashion buying and merchandising, trend forecasting, visual merchandising, fashion events and brand experiences, and strategic fashion business development.
• Work with academic colleagues and industry partners on curriculum development, student support, assessment and employability initiatives.
• Ensure an exceptional student experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Marketing, Business, Retail or a related discipline.
• Experience teaching within Higher Education.
• Strong industry knowledge of fashion marketing, branding and consumer behaviour.
• Passion for student success and inclusive education.
• Ability to connect academic theory with current industry practice.
• Right to work in the UK; the college is not a licensed sponsor.

• Salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per year.
