About the role
We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Brent (NW10) to recruit an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will join a supportive community focused on high‑quality, inclusive education.
Key responsibilities
- Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
- Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
- Plan and deliver a high‑quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non‑core subjects.
- Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Team player with a reflective, proactive approach.
