About the role
Join Levi's iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and a weekday. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, embodying Levi's brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.
- Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
- Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi's brand and aligned with its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player mindset.
- Experience managing a team on the shop floor.
