About the role
Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and a weekday. You will act as a vital link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
- Maintain strong visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and deliveries.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player mindset.
- Experience managing a shop‑floor team is essential.
