About the role
Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and one weekday. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, embodying Levi’s brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet personal targets and store KPIs.
- Maintain strong visual standards across the shop floor.
- Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player attitude.
- Experience managing a team on the shop floor.
