About the role

Join Levi’s as a Keyholder in the vibrant Covent Garden store, working a 20‑hour contract. You will act as the essential link between our iconic products and customers, supporting stylists and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while living the brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, visual standards, and stockroom organization.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to meet personal targets and KPIs.
• Assist with deliveries and maintain strong visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

• Proven experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
