Kitchen Assistant

About the role

Pub & Grill is hiring a part-time Kitchen Assistant in White Cart (Clarkston). You will play a key part in the kitchen, helping ensure a busy service runs smoothly and that everything is well stocked, clean and ready for the team to create dishes for customers. The role is scheduled for 8 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen well stocked and clean so the service runs smoothly
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with the team so they have what they need

Required profile

• A positive, can-do attitude to support the team
• A passion for challenges and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
