About the role

As a Kitchen Porter at Wagamama you will be the backbone of a busy restaurant kitchen, ensuring everything stays clean, organised and ready for service during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen environment.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and equipment so chefs can keep cooking.
• Restock cleaning supplies and flag low stock levels.
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
• Follow health and safety standards to protect yourself and the team.
