About the role

Join the bustling kitchen team at Wagamama as a Kitchen Porter. You will be the backbone of the back‑of‑house, ensuring a clean, organised environment so chefs can focus on creating bold, fresh dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and workstations.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and equipment promptly to keep service flowing.
• Restock cleaning supplies and alert management when stock runs low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Follow health and safety standards to protect yourself and the team.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for fresh food and a desire to grow within a kitchen environment.
• Enjoy fast‑paced, buzzing settings and stay highly organised.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
