Kitchen Porter – Join the Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to join the team at Côte. In this role you will support the kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and organised environment that enables the chefs to deliver high‑quality, French‑inspired dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils throughout each shift.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock in accordance with food safety standards.
• Support chefs by preparing basic ingredients and ensuring workstations are ready for service.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and adhere to health and hygiene regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the kitchen manager.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work flexible shift patterns.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
