Kitchen Sales Designer – No Experience Needed

About the role

As a Kitchen Sales Designer you will combine customer‑focused sales with creative kitchen design. Working from our Derby showroom you will listen to trade customers and homeowners, translate their ideas into CAD designs and guide them through the entire purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by building strong relationships with trade partners and end‑customers.
• Create bespoke kitchen layouts using CAD software based on client briefings.
• Conduct on‑site visits when required to capture measurements and inspire design concepts.
• Collaborate with Travis Perkins field sales and internal teams to meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial enquiry to final installation.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday 8 am‑12 pm and alternate Saturday mornings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn kitchen products, appliances and joinery ranges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD design software.
