About the role
Join the Seven Red Roses team in Reading as a Kitchen Team Member. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality pub food while developing your hospitality skills in a vibrant, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and produce dishes to specification.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Oversee deliveries and manage stock taking.
- Support the Head Chef with orders and equipment maintenance.
- Offer suggestions to improve kitchen performance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet company targets.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality.
- Willingness to learn new skills daily.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
- Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.
