About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a KS2 Class Teacher for a friendly two‑form entry primary school in Hackney. The successful candidate will join an Ofsted‑rated ‘Good’ school in September, working with enthusiastic pupils and a supportive leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging KS2 lessons across the curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development and parent communication.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Proven experience teaching KS2 pupils.
- Ability to create creative, engaging lessons that meet diverse learning needs.
- Commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
