KS2 Primary Supply Teacher – Cambridge Area

About the role

We are partnering with a portfolio of primary schools and academies in Cambridge and surrounding areas to provide flexible KS2 supply teaching. The role offers either day‑to‑day cover or longer fixed‑term placements, allowing you to choose the pattern that best fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum across Years 3‑6.
• Prepare and support students for SATs where required.
• Maintain effective classroom management and foster an engaging learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and year‑group needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum; experience with SATs preparation is a plus.
• Confident classroom management and the ability to keep learners motivated.
• Proactive, adaptable and ready to start immediately.
• Valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
